Two men share this name. This record concerns William Easton Horner, born 1986. His father, William Dean Horner, is a different person, as is his mother, Kathy Hogarth Horner. Neither has been accused of, charged with, or found liable for anything described in these pages.
Their own filings are a separate matter. On 22 January 2021 they jointly filed a "Paternal Grandparents' Motion to Intervene" in their grandchildren's custody case — Motion No. 438024 — and Kathy Hogarth Horner swore a supporting affidavit, filed with a disciplinary grievance against the presiding judge, in September 2021. The court denied the motion on 13 October 2021, finding that their filings showed "a lack of understanding of Defendant's diagnosed mental health condition," and assessed costs against them.
